DCWD’s Panacan Production Well Nos. 1 to 4 will be affected by the Davao Light and Power Company’s power interruption on said date to temporarily transfer back the loads of its Panacan substation to normal set-up. Although the power cut is shorter in duration, DCWD needs additional time for re-switching on of the affected facilities, pressure build up, and line delivery, thus the longer duration of water service interruption.
